Rules & Important Info


[1 ]Must fit one {or more} of these themes:
Dark Fantasy vampires, demons, death, sorrow, darkness, etc
Autumn as in the season... Fall
“The Secret Root” [link] Illustrate it or make a story to fit with it
*Pyrosaint-Stox use some of my stock or use as reference in a drawing/painting {please tell which used in description}


[2] Starts {officially} on Tuesday, August 28th, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59pm PST on October 31st


[3]Maximum 3 entries per person


[4]One entry can be in one, two, three, or all four themes AND it still counts as a single entry {example: you can choose to do a photomanip using my stock to illustatrate "The Secret Root" in a dark fantasy theme in an autumn setting....best of luck with that one!!! } Please be sure to tell me which one{s} it fits under when you note me with the entry. And I would LOVE to have a really awesome in-depth description either in the note or in the description area of the entry. That way I can better judge the piece{s}


[5] To enter, sent a note to me with “Contest Submission” as the subject…. please include a link to it in the note


[6] Have fun and be creative! {please, NO porn, prejudice, or overly gore...this isn’t a B-grade horror film!}


[7] Entries can be: Photomanipulations, photographs, drawings, paintings, poetry, short story, jewelry, etc….

[8] Please, no entries older than August 15th; new stuff is prefered; and nothing that has won in another contest. I want this to be fair to EVERYONE.

[9]Donators may participate, as well as possible judges {you just won’t be able to judge your own piece[s]}


[10] If you are interested in judging, drop me a note with “judging” as the subject; I will accept up to 5 possible judges. I will not post WHO the judges will be {if any}, because I don’t want harassment, bribe attempts, etc… on the judges.


[11] If you want to donate, drop a note with “donation” as the subject. Let me know what you can donate: drawing, painting, photomanip, exclusive stock, subscription, photomanip/poem/short story to go with the entry, jewelry, prints, journal features, avatar/stamp/ID, etc…..
